If you've been reading some of my post you would note that I love my mornings. Creating a simple morning ritual and adhering to it is the start of a great day. One of the key components of my mornings is a 5-10 minutes mindful physical movement. That may be yoga, simple stretches, cardio, and most often a mix. The purpose of this is simply to give my body a gentle kick. So today I'm sharing my current favorite morning workout routine to ensure an invigorating start to the day.
